JOHN PLANT'S NILES VISIT

This is an email from John Plant (CEO) to Ramiro Gutierrez (President) after he visited the Niles facility on Tuesday, August 2nd.

Ramiro, just a brief follow up note to emphasize that I enjoyed the visit to Niles today. The plant looked good but even more impressive were the changes being made to improve yield, rework, efficiency, inventory and ultimately the bottom line.

It is a 'world away' from my February 2019 experience.

Please keep going. I think it worthwhile to deploy some continued Capital Exp to support the changes.
