Coinciding with their trip to Warren, the popular Boston band Dropkick Murphys stopped for a meet and greet with local union representatives.

The last few weeks union representatives have met with the company on non-economic negotiations. The union and company have exchanged proposals to each other and have been working toward an agreement on several issues. We will continue to meet on May 15 th , 16 th , and 18 th . Some of the issues that have been discussed are Attendance, simplification of pay stubs, and other non-economic concerns reflective of the surveys handed out by officials earlier this year.

There will be a Profit-Sharing payout for the first quarter of 2023. The payment is scheduled for the week of 4/30/ Each credit is worth $524.91. If eligible, all three credits are worth $1,574.72. Thank you for all your hard work.

-Union Leadership

Profit Sharing for the fourth quarter of 2022 will either be paid during the week of1/29/23 or 2/5/2023. Each credit will be worth $300, for a gross total of $900 to those fully eligible. The Union would like to thank everyone for their hard work last quarter. Great Job!

The Union and the Company have come to an agreement to open our contract early. We will be passing out surveys and getting feedback from the body soon.

As you may have seen posted around the mill, Locall 2155/2155-7 are hosting a charity drive for Northeast Ohio Children's Rehabilitation Center. The center is a local non-profit and your support will help their staff provide therapy to local children. The NEOCRC are in need of any or all of the following items:
