Bobby started working at Pepsico in 2013, he became a Steward in 2015 and stayed in that role till 2018 when he transitioned into the Financial Secretary position.  In 2021 he ran for and was voted into the Local President role which he still holds today.  

Bobby became an activist after he tried defending himself and another activist suggested he become a Steward.  He fights hard with the company to uphold the contract and attempt to right injustices.
