During thes difficult times, there are resources available for our members.  As we experience these traumatic times together, remember to consider the three S's - Support, Self-care, and Solidarity.

Support - Support the victims and their families.

Self-care - Monitor yourselves, know when to take a time out, and do things to bring you joy. 

Solidarity - Remember you are not alone, we are in this together, so let us help one another.
