President Czappa called the meeting to order at 7pm.

Reading of the Minutes
Our last meeting was December 3, 2025. President Cindy Czappa called the meeting to order at 7pm at the local union hall. 15 members were in attendance.
We received a call letter for the WOS International conference in Toronto.
We had no new member applications, giving us 237 in good standing, with non-members Peggy Drislinger, Justin Derezinski, Josiah Brandt, and John Krause.
We voted to spend up to $100 for Lindsey’s Shining Star Program.
We voted to spend up to $200 on Stocking Fillers for Our House.

Communication and Bills
-Thank you card from Lindsay Hoffman.
-Received invoice from Hoilday Party
Dan Collins would be interested in attending Next Gen. Jen Kelnhofer too. March 16. Bray motion, Janicki second. Motion carried.
WOS Quarterly Lieber motion to send up to 4, Kelnhofer second. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report
A detailed list of incomes and expenses were read, leaving us with a cash balance of $21,756.58 and savings of $152,049.47.
Repinski motion to accept report as read, Beckman second. Motion carried.

Bray motion to accept new applications and waive initiation fees. Kelnhofer second. Motion carried.
Reports of Special Committees (celebrations, picnics, etc):
-Holiday party was a success.
Reports of Permanent Committees
- Grievance Committee (stewards):
-Update on Jesse Abrahamson grievance? Move Jesse up one step, start one for Juha K.
- Veterans of Steel:
-Oso’s veterans day walk. Rhodes is interested in splitting 50/50 again with us. Would it be easier to reimburse each member for registration or do it as a large group? Fundraising is going towards trained dogs for veterans. Bray expressed concern about issuing all the individual reimbursements.
