Call to Order
President Czappa called the monthly meeting to order at 7pm at the Labor Hall. 9 members were present, including all officers.

Reading of the Minutes
President Czappa called the regular monthly meeting to order at 7pm at the Labor Hall. Ten members were present. Motioned to waive initiation fees for new membership applications, ending with 237 members in good standing with 2 non-members, Justin Derezinski and Josiah Brandt. Motioned to send President Czappa, Vice President Vitello, and Recording Secretary Lieber to sub-6 council meeting 12/7. Motioned to not make changes to our by-laws. Completed our 3rd quarter audit successfully.
Application for New Members
No new applications this month. New members: Samantha Smalley, Joshua Johnson, and Bryce Hines. Withdrawn: Daniel Gonzalez. Non-members: Justin Derezinski and Josiah Brandt. 239 members in new standing.

E-Board Monthly Meeting Notes 11.28.23
-RCS Software to replace quickbooks. Treasurer Bray motion to accept the offer. Trustee Janicki second. Discussion: that seems like a lot, can’t you keep a ledger. Motion carried.
-discussion on if we are training too far up too quick in some departments
-discussion on Side Agreement 16 in our CBA
-recommendation is to send up to 3 members to the quarterly Women of Steel meeting Jan 17. Only lost time, no registration fees.
-New hires are starting
Treasurer’s Report
A detailed list of incomes and expenses were read, leaving a cash balance of $49,657.31 plus savings of $175,539.55. Sergeant of Arms Gustin motion to accept as read, Trustee Janicki second. Discussion: Trustee Repinski-Adam, did you get all our money now? Treasurer Bray-have ten deposits, so they finally did come through. Motion carried.
Old Business
-NextGen conference March 3-8 in Pittsburgh-no known interest atm. Vice President Vitello attests it is a great conference.
New Business
-E-board recommendation to send up to 3 members to WOS quarterly meeting Jan 17. Trustee Janicki motion to send three, Treasurer Bray second. Motion carried.
-Financial Officer Training. Trustee Carlson motion to send Treasurer Bray, Trustee Repinski second. Motion carried.
-Charitable Gaming license for 50/50 raffles? -talk about at eboard
-setting up WOS collection drive for Family Center
-Trustee Janicki-how long do people have to be released? 60 days
-Vice President Vitello-have we figured out food for the holiday party? Discussion: order similar food from last year.
-President Czappa-did invite new hires to attend the holiday party and the union meetings
