In the earliest years of America, working conditions were at their worst as well as hours work and poor wages, if any at all.  Look how far the labor movement has come, but there is still work that needs to be done!  When we are at odds with our union brothers and union sisters, the are at our weakest, however, when we come together and stand as one, we stand with the firmest of footing!  In solidarity!
