Karen Crosby

Karen started her career in 2000. She has worked at the Coke Plant, on Zug Island, the Tandem Mill, the Anneal Unit in the Finishing Department and currently works as an electrician in the Finishing Department.

Karen has served as our Civil Rights chair, as a Divisional Safety chair and was elected to the position of Inside Guard in 2024.

Karen has always showed compassion to all others and goes out of her way to ensure that those around her feel accepted and comfortable. She is a dedicated Union member and officer. Rarely does Karen ever miss a meeting or event. She is a treasure to the Local and it's membership.
