T4’s were supposed to be sent out but I understand from many that they did not receive them today? Typical!!
Most of you have seen the survey in the resource room. This survey is conducted by a consultant company called McKinsey. They were hired by Lakshmi Mittal and it is being don globally. It’s geared toward your perception, feelings of supervision and management. Please take the time to fill it out. iPads are available in the resource room and once completed, it goes directly to McKinsey. It is voluntary.
The hoist situation is moving along. 54/55 has been released and a schedule of all repairs and inspections of the hoists released along with the engineers reports are now posted on the communication board.
