Parmi les changements, nous vous prions de noter un amendement à la formule d’attribution du nombre de délégué(e)s à l’Assemblée des Délégués de la Section Locale pour chaque unité. Consultez le tableau créé par la Section locale afin de clarifier le nombre de délégué(e)s admissibles (ce tableau ne fait pas partie de nos nouveaux règlements).
February 18, 2020 - The Local has been formally informed that the USW International has approved revised By-Laws for USW Local 1944, as per this letter from USW Local 1944 Administrator Omero Landi.
Please find our new By-Laws here, and a red-lined version showing the changes can be found here.
Among the changes is an amendment to the formula by which Units are each entitled to a certain allotment of delegates to the Local Union Delegated Meeting. A chart produced by the Local to provide clarity regarding delegate entitlement (and not forming part of our new By-Laws) can be found here.
