The United Steelworkers *Tony Mazzocchi Center* (USWTMC) is a training organization focused on providing education to workers around occupational health, safety and environmental hazards. The USWTMC aims to provide an array of educational opportunities to members of the United Steelworkers [1] (USW), Communications Workers of America [2] (CWA), their management counterparts, Make the Road New York [3] (MRNY) and National Day Laborer Organizing Network [4] (NDLON). *Our mission is to decrease and ultimately prevent work-related injury, illness and death, and the release of hazardous substances.* Our programs are supported by grants through the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences [5] (NIEHS) and the Department of Energy [6] (DOE) via NIEHS.
