As we grow and move forward, it will take the help of every member to create change in our workplaces, so we are calling on members like you to become more actively involved.
We believe in better. We stand up and fight back for better. We work for working families around the world.

Since 2005 our organization has been a strong voice, advocate and a representative for Dallas County and City of Dallas employees. As we now crossover into a new year and decade we plan to make 2020 a year of change and progress. We have come a long way but there is so much more work to be done, and to make the change we want to see, we all must become active participants in making the difference.
As public sector employees we are part of the heart, soul, and backbone of industry in Dallas County and the City of Dallas. We face many challenges such as; a lack of pay raises and fair wages, unsafe working conditions, and a lack of dignity and respect in the workplace. These challenges can only be addressed and changed by lifting our collective voices, moving through collective action and engaging in individual activism. Therefore, we invite you to become more involved with your organization by considering attending our monthly meetings, joining a subcommittee, becoming a worksite leader, and encouraging other employees to join our union.
We will continue to build on our proud history of standing up for public sector workers but we can only make these changes happen if we all stand together. In closing, we thank you for your support of this organization thus far, and wish you a prosperous new year. Let’s Get Involved!
