The website will have weekly updated information with a calendar of all future events including our monthly membership meetings as well as the crewing schedule. I would like to thank Brian Howe for all the work he did to update the old website, while he’s been retired!! Through and through a true union man!! Thanks Brian. I would also like to thank Mike Hnatjuk for setting up the new website!! Great job Mike and thank you!!!

The challenges We face do not seem to be lacking but our committee stay committed to all our members, active and retired.
For now my sisters and brothers, thank you for all the support I’ve received at the midpoint of my first term as president. I have some big shoes to fill with the past three presidents I have been mentored by. I look forward to many more!
Reminder, November membership meeting is this Thursday at 6:00pm and this years Children’s Christmas party is on Saturday December 14 at 11:00am at the Steelworkers center on Barton street. To register your children or grandchildren that are 12 years old or younger, you can register on the new website by clicking the “REGISTRATION” button or filling out a registration slip located by the union information board in the plant. Cost is $20.00 per child. Please see Terry Willock or Mike Hnatjuk.
