    Jim Straitiff created Women of Steel Volunteering at Cradle Beach Camp
    ...

    Cradle Beach serves the needs of children with disabilities and those who come from disadvantaged backgrounds to help them reach their full potential. They also provide a healthy environment and organize activities to promote socialization, self-worth, and decision making, in an atmosphere of love and acceptance through programing.  On Friday May 31st Local 897 sent 3 of our Women of Steel Cheryl Ratigan, Jen Burell and Rachael Kurek (pictured above). They spent the day volunteering and getting their hands dirty planting flowers, helped with yard work and even presented a donation of over $1,200.

    Great job and thank you for your hard work girls!!!!!
