In celebration of Earth Day, please join us for Baseball Field Cleanup event. Who can participate: All employees can participate Date: April 22, 2019, Monday Time: 2 pm – 5 pm Location: Baseball field next to Xylem plant. Water and gloves will be provided. Please sign up before April 18, 2019. Sign up sheet will be in HR. Volunteer PTO: Xylem is allowing up to one and half hours of volunteer PTO to any employee volunteering for this event. First shift shop employees are allowed to use Volunteer PTO up to 3.30 pm only. No overtime pay. Second shift shop employees are welcomed to come at 2 pm or 3.30 pm to start this event. Please notify with your supervisor if signing up for this event. This means you don’t need to use your personal PTO for this event.
