IF YOU SEE A CONTRACTOR IN THE MILL THAT YOU SUSPECT IS DOING BARGAINING UNIT WORK PLEASE REPORT IT. THIS WORK WILL BE LOOKED INTO BY THE CONTRACTING OUT COMMITTEE. THEY WILL VERIFY IF THAT WORK IS APPROVED OR NOT.

The 4thQ payment will be right at $5.50 (Five dollars and Fifty cents) based on a 480 hour quarter so the payment should be approx..$2640.00 for those who worked the full complement of hours. These number won’t be finalized until the year end audited financials are reported on the company’s 10-k released in March but you should feel comfortable using the above number.
This table below shows the correction for the 4th quarter profit sharing. There was a mistake made with the estimate that came out about the 1st of Feb.
