We are the United Steelworkers, North America’s largest industrial union. We’re 1.2 million members and retirees strong in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. We proudly represent men and women who work in nearly every industry there is.
USW Local 40 holds it's monthly regular Union meeting every second Thursday of the month. Meetings are held at the Union Hall, located at 712 Buffington Street begining at 3:30PM
Each member is given a ticket for a door prize drawing of a union made pocket knife with the Local's name etched on the blade.
A 50/50 drawing is ran, tickets available for one dollar each.
Minuets, financial reports, committee reports,old and new business, good & welfare are part of the agenda.Please plan to attend, participate in your Union, become active. You will get out of your Union only what you are willing to put in.
