We fought hard to win a strong 2018 Alliance National Agreement and protect our Labor Management Partnership. Now we want to hear your perspective on how partnership is working in your clinic department, hospital floors, office or facility and how it can be improved.
You should have received an email recently from InsideKP asking you to take an important survey. The survey is called for under our new National Agreement, and is a joint effort between Alliance Unions and KP.
You can also find the link in the KP email sent January 30 or in recent emails/text messages from your local union.
The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete, but you can fill it out a few minutes at a time. And you can work on it on the job as long as it does not interfere with patient care.
IMPORTANT:
The survey is being conducted by an outside organization. You’ll be asked for your KP NUID, but your responses will remain anonymous and your identity will not be shared.
