Brother Todd started his Goodyear career at the Lincoln Nebraska plant in the Engineering products division. In 2002 he went to the Goodyear Union City plant after beig laid off in Lincoln. Unfortunately he was only there 8 months before he was laid off again. He worked outside of the Goodyear chain untl april 2004 when he was offered a pref hire recall at the Goodyear Topeka plant. He has been here every since.
In his time here in Topeka Brother Todd has served the local as a Shift steward, Chief steward, Vice Chairman and now as Chairman of Division A. He has 23 years of service with Goodyear.
He is married to Julie and they have two grown children and one granddaughter.

BrotherMark has been with Goodyear for 27 years. He started his union career as a union steward on 3rd shift in department 1512 earthmovers. After a short time as an NG tire builder he went back to Earthmovers in Department 1504 Earthmover curing. While in department 1504 he became union steward on 1st shift. Since then he has been elected to multiple positions in the local. He has served as Vice Chairmen for Division B, as an at large Executive Board member and also as the Local 307 Treasurer which he retains today in addition to his being elected Division B Chairmen.
Brother Mark has a twin brother Matt that also works in the Goodyear Topeka plant as well as his incredibly crazy wife of many years Annette.
Brother Jody hired on at the Goodyear Topeka Plant 33 years ago and has been very active in the Union throughout his time here. At different times in his career at Goodyear he has served the local on numerous committees and as a Shift Steward, Chief Steward, Division A Chairman, Vice President and finally now as the President. Jody's wealth of experience and knowledge has made him a better President and leader as we move forward as a union.

Matt has taken the reins of the P & I office. He is a pipefitter out of the plant and has been in office for just a few months so far.

Brother Matt was elected in 2018 as the USW Local 307 Pension and Insurance Representative. He was also elected Policy Committeeman for the Local. He has worked at the Topeka Plant since June of 2000.

He off as an ISR Tire Builder and went through the Maintenance Training Cooperative starting in 2003 becoming an Electrician. He has participated in the Union for his entire career. He was fortunate to work with strong Union Reps over the years. He joined the Skilled Trades Committee in 2009, By Laws and Fair Practice Committees in 2015. He served on them proudly till 2018.

Brother A.J. hired in to the Goodyear Topeka plant in 1998. He is a third generation Union member and employee at the Goodyear Topeka plant. Early in his career he became active as a safety leader and a shift steward in Dept. 1504. In 1999, he attended the Organizing Institute and worked with Carl Downing on the Boycott of General Tire. In 2003, he was elected to Division B as vice chairman. He served on the Community Services Committee for two terms. In 2006, he was elected to Division B chairman, and served in that position for four terms. In 2018, A.J. was elected Vice President.
