L’Organisation des retraités métallos (ORME) vise donc à donner une voix aux retraités et à répondre à leurs préoccupations sociales, économiques et politiques.

  Devenir membre de l'ORME est le meilleur moyen de rester impliqué lorsque vous prenez votre retraite. L’affiliation à l'ORME offre aux retraités et à leurs conjoints un moyen de maintenir leurs connexions sociales avec leurs amis et collègues. Les membres de l'ORME ont également un rôle législatif et politique au nom des membres et retraités du syndicat. Les membres de l'ORME bénéficient de nombreux avantages.
