The deadline for 2022 Open Enrollment is this Friday, November 5th. If you are not going to make any changes to your medical plan no action is required and your previous year’s elections will remain.
We strongly suggest switching over to the Preferred Provider Organization Plan (PPO) if you are currently enrolled in the Consumer Driven Health Care Plan (CDHP). The PPO plan offers a greater benefit with less out of your pocket. In order to do this, you must fill out the Health Care Eligibility form on page 26 of your Enrollment package by November 5th 2021.
Action is also required if you are electing an FSA for health or dependent care. (Dependent Day Care Reimbursement Accounts reimburse you for the costs of child care or other dependent care services.) See page 4 of the enrollment package for more information.
