In the past few weeks we have received many questions about incentive pay and why certain classifications are receiving incentives for additional shifts and not everyone. The Union has been strongly urging KP Regional and Local Senior Leaders to reinstate the incentive agreements reached during the winter surge, and also to include additional classifications. The Union strongly believes that incentivizing additional shifts improves morale, helps safely fill open shifts, will help with increased demand resulting from back log of care and rising cases of COVID 19 and the Delta variant.
