A trustee is a member of a Board of Trustees. Trustees are responsible for managing the financial affairs of the TW Benefit Plan to ensure it efficiently delivers health and welfare benefits. The trustees are responsible for all aspects of the operation of the plan and are the decision making body that establish the terms of the plan as well as the policies and procedures applicable to its operation.
