My name is Robert de Jonge. I'm the Inside Guard for USW Local 8599. My hometown is West Covina, CA. I currently work for Fontana Unified School District in the Warehouse. I've worked for the district for 23 years. What I love most about my job is the long lasting friendships I've built over the years. All of the people are practically family. One thing I can't live without is coffee. A hobby I have is that I like to go camping with my wife and grandchildren. I like to eat home cooked meals. My dream vacation is to go to Spain and Portugal. If I had to choose between a flying car, moon city, or robot housekeeper, I'd want a robot housekeeper.

I am married to my teenage love, Natacha Romo. We have a beautiful daughter, Christina, who's my heart, and son, Richard, Jr. who's my strength.

Hello, My name is Dawn Dooley. I have been a member of USW Local 8599 for over 24 years. Before becoming your President in 2020, I was the Secondary Kitchen Operator at Kaiser High School.I have represented our Members as a Steward for over 12 years. I get tremendous satisfaction in helping our members, meeting new members and interacting with all of you out at the sites. I am a true Woman of Steel, one of my hobbies is welding. Dan has been a member since September 1994, sits on the Executive Board as president and is a day shift commiitteeman for tubebenders and indirects. Dan has participated on numerous committees and has held various positions within the local and is a Quality Inspector on the shop floor.
