The purpose of this committee is to reach out to our young members in an effort to better address their needs and concerns. Members of this committee will meet via teleconference to discuss relevant issues and to make recommendations on what the union can do to better promote the participation of our Next Generation members.

*The Membership Meeting for August 11**th has been cancelled. The decision was made due to the Governor of Ohio and USW International's recommendations to postpone meetings due to the pandemic, as well as a lack of meeting space large enough in the area to conduct a meeting.

Due to the continued increasing threat of COVID 19 to the health safety of our members and family, especially with the recent cluster of positives at the Plant with several members sent home and quarantined and recent health issues of members and family we are canceling Sept. regular meeting.
