(New Haven, Conn.) – The members of USW Local 12160 will be holding an informational picket outside Regional Water Authority headquarters this Wed., Aug. 5, in their continued campaign against the company’s call for cuts amidst the coronavirus pandemic.

The USW represents 850,000 working people employed in metals, mining, pulp and paper, rubber, chemicals, glass, auto supply and the energy-producing industries, along with a growing number of workers in public sector and service occupations.
As of August 1st , the base rate is increased by 0.25 cents.
