In accordance with the USW INTERNATIONAL CONSTITUTION, each USW Local has a Board of Officers (SEEN HERE) that contain the: President (1), Vice President (1), Recording Secretary (1), Financial Secretary (1), Treasurer (1), Guide (1), Guards (2), Trustees (3)
Each United Steelworkers local is also made up of different committees:
Grievance Committee
Workers Compensation Committee/Safety and Health Committee
Civil Rights Committee AKA Human Rights Committee
Organizing Committee
