The USW has reached a Tentative Agreement with the Timken Company (Bearing) for its members who work at the Gambrinus Roller Plant. The 2017 BLA has been extended to accommodate informational meetings and a ratification vote.

The TA is a 3-year agreement with a $1000 special payment paid 15 days after ratification to active GRP members. This is no wage increase in 2020 but 2% raises in 2021 and 2022. There are increases in insurance co-pays for some Doctor visits  and changes to the 401k.

Summaries are being distributed in the plant and are available at the Golden Lodge.

Informational Meetings are scheduled Thursday October 1, 2020 at the Golden Lodge. Meeting times are: 7:00 am, 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. Wear a mask and plan to social distance.

Ratification vote is Monday October 5, 2020 from 6:30 am until 4:00 pm. ID is required to vote. Wear a mask and plan to social distance
