Here is an update/reminder from HR/Payroll: (04.18.2023)
"Please note***As in the past, the deadline for the lump sum vacation pay elections is May 1st with no exceptions to make changes after that date. We would like to make sure that the employees have every opportunity to choose before the pay process begins. This is just as a reminder that May 1st, will be the deadline for any bargaining employees to elect either “Lump Sum” or “Pay as you go” in the MARC kiosks." - for your vacation pay.
If you select the Lump Sum, that is what you will receive. If you do not select the Lump Sum, you will receive the Pay as you go, by default.
