We’re looking for volunteers — family members or significant others of Metallus employees — to participate in a cross-functional roundtable discussion focused on shaping a new Workforce Reentry Program. This initiative is designed to support individuals who have taken time away from the workforce, particularly stay-at-home parents, and are now exploring a path to re-enter.
About the Program - The proposed “Re-Entryship” program has two paths:
1. External Support Track: Guidance and resources to help participants confidently return to the workforce outside of Metallus.
2. Metallus Re-entryship Track: A short-term, hands-on experience in either staff or operational roles at Metallus, for those interested in exploring a long-term opportunity within our team.
Roundtable Objectives
· Walk through the proposed program structure and available resources
· Gather feedback on the strategy, target audience, and company fit
· Identify internal and community stakeholders and program champions
· Explore options for launching a pilot (e.g., small cohort, guided modules)
