We have just been informed that a large mailing of Invalid medical ID cards, were mailed by AmeriBen (the ID card indicates the Anthem network).Humana members should ignore/destroy the invalid ID card that reflects Anthem and Quantum Health.AmeriBen is mailing a correction letter to destroy the invalid ID card.
