Colton is the current Local Vice-President elected in the 2021 elections. Colton is also the current District 10 NextGen cooridinator and assists the District's Vets Of Steel program. Colton has held many positions in both the Local and Unit including Shop Steward, Grievanceman, Recording Secretary, Trustee, Acting Treasuer, and Acting President. He started at on Workers Comp. at the young age of 20 and has also served on Safety & Health, NextGen, Communication Action Team, and Political Action Committee. Colton was the key note taker during the successful Labor Dispute he helped lead against his employer from 2020 - 2021. During the strike Colton took on a full time position assisting his Staff, the Legal Department, New Media, Strategic Campgains, along with manning, staffing, and feeding the Picket Lines. Along with cooridnating fundraisers and solidarity events. Colton was a receipent of the Karen Silkwood Award at the 2022 District 10 Conference for his efforts and help of the family of his fallen co-worker and friend, Kenny Stitt, who tragically passed away from an industrial work accidnet October 12, 2021.
