Arbitration set for February 19, 2019, to settle the dispute on Chevron modifying the 12 hour MOA without Union agreement.  The Hearing officer for the arbitration will be Richard Solomon and he will also be determining if the Company violated the NLRA by unilaterally changing the 12 hour MOA.
