USW and Chevron will have a Statewide meeting to address issues.  Some of the issues are as follows:

1. Vacation approval

2. Shorthanded in Plants at Midway-Sunset

3. Lunch breaks for plants

4. Vending machine trial details

5. Steam ISO Jobs

6. Time to do CBT's in plants

7. H2S and phone alarms at 222- alarm is in office with no one dedicated to answer or react to alarms in plant
