Signing Bonus
The Signing Bonus payment will be on: Tuesday April 7, 2020
If you currently pick up your paycheck Please note:
Live Checks: ALL "live" checks will be mailed to the address on file on Friday April 3, 2020.
Direct Deposits: If you currently have direct deposit the bonus check WILL BE directly deposited to your balance account.
All Bonus checks and/or vouchers will be mailed to the address on file.
If you would like to contribute a portion of the bonus to your 401K account you may do so by completing the BONUS 401K form. This one time deduction cannot exceed the maximum of 75% of the bonus amount that is to be paid.
Make sure that you fill out your name, social security number, the percentage amount, your signature, the date and your badge #. These forms must be received by NOON on Friday March 27, 2020. The form is available in Payroll and the union website under “Docs & Files”. It can be faxed to x6179 (925-439-6179), Drop it in the box located in the Payroll lobby or email directly to Yvonne or Karen at the below email address.
