Your Shop Stewards are Ricky Vandiver "Letdown",  Jarred Johnson "Maintenance", Anthony Sledge "Nitrate" and Gavin McMurtrey "Ammonia". These folks are integral components of our structure and should be utilized first. Negotiating our next contract is only a small portion of what these members do for you. They are your first line of defense in your Area. They are there to assist you whenever a controversy may arise or to answer any questions you may have regarding our contract or other matters. Remember, as a whole, you elected your Shop Stewards to represent you and the Area in which you work and they volunteered for the task. Use them but, do not abuse them. Remember that their primary reason for being at work is the same as yours, to earn a paycheck. Their job duties come first and thier Stewardship duties as time permits.
