We are USW Local 7-517 representing workers at the Lemont Refinery, Seneca Petroleum, and Oxbow Calcining plants. Founded in 1944 as part of the Oil Workers International Union, which then became the Oil, Chemical, and Atomic Workers International Union, followed by PACE and finally the United Steelworkers. Our members help fuel America's economy.
