USW Local 8378 represents the workers employed at Cascade Steel Rolling Mills, Inc in McMinnville Oregon. Our members make steel used across many industries, from small manufacturers to large construction projects.

Through our union wages, we help drive the prosperity of Yamhill county businesses and provide the community with a stable base of good, middle class jobs.
