October 2019 managers meeting highlights

1. AFI is currently looking to hire a new EHS manager to replace Steve Curry
2. January 6th will be safety start up after two expected but not definite down weeks
3. 10.5 mil projected for CVL with 2 mil of that from Stillwater
4. 28 mil expected for LVT
5. New hire group of about 4 people scheduled for the 11th of November
6. SOP for jobs with reduce manpower to be completed by the end of the down week November 4th
7. Disciplinary write ups remain active for two years from date of offense
8. Cell phone use in stairway was acceptable because employees are not on the production floor
9. Down week for Thanksgiving for the LVT department is probable but not guaranteed.
