Your Negotiating team meet back with the company to restart the 2019 negotiations. Things went very well and we made alot of progress. Today is a different story with only a few items left on the table those being medical and wages the company it trying to increase medical premiums with no wage increase. We are in for a fight and will continue as long as we have to for a fair contract. More to come;
The more to come:
Company wants Us to pay 20% of the medical costs each month and only give a 2% wage increase each year. Please spread the word we are going to be in a hard fought fight over these 2 issues and we need to voice where we stand on this. We the Negotiating team will continue to fight we need your help.
