We’ve been seeing an increased number of write up due to driving. Make sure you are following the OGL and rules of the road. Here are some key points that we have been seeing an increase in write up from. Some up to final writtens. It’s not worth your job!
RED LIGHTS - you must stop completely!!!! Even at night with no other cars on the road!
Seat belts - wear them at all times in the front.
Backing - if there is no pt on board the passenger must get out and back the driver. Driver make
make sure your window is down so you can hear instructions if needed.
Distracted driving - You are not allowed to use a Phone while driving. Yes the Logis is a
phone. So if you don’t know where you are going turn the volume up and let the Phone direct you. Looking down at the phone is a violation of company policy and can lead to a final written warning!
THE RULES ARE IN PLACE FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF YOUR PARTNER. I WANT TO SEE YOU GO HOME AFTER YOUR SHIFT IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU CAME IF NOT BETTER. BE SAFE
