Jeff Skinner

Jeff Skinner - Division B Chairman

Brother Jeff hired on in September of 1992. He began his career in department 2503-66E, where he has proudly remained throughout his tenure. In 1993, Jeff was elected as third shift union steward. This was the start of his lifelong commitment to representing his union brothers and sisters. 

Over the years, Jeff has served in multiple leadership roles, including Chief Steward and Vice-chairman for the Earthmovers business center. In 2023, Jeff was elected chairman of the Earthmover business center. Jeff has also served on various committees including the Topeka Federation of Labor, Bylaws, and as Chairman of the Fair Practice Committee. 

Being a proud U.S. Army Veteran, Jeff bravely served his country during the Gulf War.
