Please add all your children in one registration.Make sure to give all details ( Child's name, sex and age ) for each child. When you are done click the "PREVIEW REGISTRATION" button. If all is correct click on the "SUBMIT" button, if not click on the "PREVIOUS PAGE" button and correct what you need to correct.
