Bailey Carter

My name is Bailey Carter. I have been a USW Member since 2007 at Gatorade/PepsiCo. I am currently serving on my Local’s Executive Board as Treasurer and previously served as Trustee. I served as a committeeman and Union Steward for over 10 years as well as being on the Negotiating Committee for my Unit for Contract Negotiations. I am currently the Sub District 3 NEXT GEN Coordinator and served as a Political Casual for the USW International Union in 2020 and 2022 where I worked to elect Labor friendly candidates in Washington and the State House. I am active in volunteering in my community as well as throughout USW District 7. I attended and completed 4 years of Summer School at the University of Illinois, Division of Labor Studies within Sub-District 3 and District 7. I am currently beginning my 4th year of Leadership School with the USW International.
