NextGen is hosting a Teaching Tuesday Online Class - Just Cause

June 6: Just Cause at 5pm at the Local Union Hall. The class runs about 90 mins and the Zoom Meeting will be projected on the wall.

Just cause is used in labor arbitration to determine whether an employer has a valid reason for disciplining or terminating an employee. In this session, we will discuss what the tests are to meet the standard of just cause.
