Floyd currently serves as Trustee for the Local and Unit Chair at his facility 1016-01 Youngs Galvanzing. Floyd is a tenured member of his plant and has led succesful bargaining at the plant. Floyd previously served as a Guard on the Local and assisted various committees at his facility.
