Jack Locandro from Collinsville, Illinois, was a retiree from Granite City Steel and a very active behind the scenes supporter of countless SOAR causes, passed away on Monday August 22, 2016. Memorials may be made to the Shriners or to Granite City SOAR Group.

Any donations made to the Granite City SOAR Chapter wil be used to provide a scholarship next year in Jack's name.
His family will be holding a celebration of life in Jack's memory on Sunday August 28, 2017 2:00pm to 5:00pm at the Granite City, Ill KC Hall.
