In conjunction with Indiana Surgical Associates, we have negotiated Wellness Exams to be offered at the 6787 Union Hall located at 1100 N. Max Mochal Hwy. Chesterton, IN 46304 every Thursday from 9 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
