NextGen provides a supportive space for collaboration, visibility, and education. Here, we can connect with peers, voice our ideas, and engage in meaningful activities to build worker power.

The NextGen program is designed to empower a diversity of workers of all ages, looking to understand union dynamics and get involved. We provide ample opportunities for everyone to engage, learn, and contribute in order to foster personal growth and community impact.

This diversity of workers committed to learning and volunteering is essential for strengthening our union both internally and externally. The NextGen program includes community service, education, legislative action, organizing, and social activism.
