An important message from our President:

We have received a number of questions regarding the annual Steelworkers Pension Trust Accrual letter. The accrual letters are late this year due to a change in letter format. The new formatted letters will be more detailed and will provide you with the amount of your accrued pension dating back to the start of the SPT. The SPT is mailing approximately 5,000 letters per day until all 60,000 active member letters are sent out. Once this is completed they will begin sending terminated vested pension letters out. When you recieve your letter if you have questions regarding the calculated rates, please call the SPT directly at 1-800-848-1953.
